Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases of goods and/or services made through

Yarímè studio’s website and any official sales channels owned and operated by Yarímè studio.
Where UAE law provides consumers with greater rights than this policy, the UAE Consumer Protection Law shall apply.

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product is:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In its original condition and packaging

    • Includes all original tags, labels, and accessories

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will:

    • Repair the product, or

    • Replace it with a new one, or

    • Issue a full refund, at our discretion

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (for example, a faulty or incorrect item).

  • Refunds are processed within [7–14 business days] after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Certain products such as custom-made, intimate, or final sale items may not be eligible for return unless defective — such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
