Terms of service

By placing an order with yarímè, you agree to the following terms.

Orders. All arrangements are made to order. An order is confirmed only once full payment has been received through the website or a payment link provided by us. Prices are listed in AED and include VAT. We reserve the right to decline or refund an order if the requested flowers are unavailable.

Product photos. Photos on our website show the style and composition of each design. As flowers are living products, minor variations in shade, size, and shape are natural and to be expected. Vases, baskets, and boxes shown in photos are included unless stated otherwise.

Substitutions. Flower availability varies with the season. If a specific stem is unavailable on the day of your order, we will substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, palette, and size of the arrangement. For significant changes, we will contact you first.

Care. Fresh flowers are perishable. Once an arrangement is handed over at the delivery address, responsibility for its care passes to the recipient.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
