Shipping policy

We deliver across Dubai. Delivery is included in the price of every arrangement — no hidden fees.

Every arrangement is made to order with flowers purchased fresh from the wholesale market on the morning of delivery. Orders before 6pm are delivered on the same day, however if the order is placed after 6pm it will be delivered the next day, or on the date you select at checkout.

Please make sure the recipient's address and phone number are correct. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to arrange a solution. A failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details may require an additional delivery fee.

For same-day or urgent requests, message us on WhatsApp — we will do our best to accommodate depending on flower availability.
