Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery terms for all orders placed with Yarímè Studio.

• Delivery Areas:

  • We currently offer delivery within the UAE only.

  • We are working on expanding our delivery service worldwide very soon.

• Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).

  • Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time.

• Delivery Timeframe:

  • Dubai: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM.

  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah: 1-3 business days.
    

  • Other GCC countries: We are working on expanding our delivery service soon.

• Shipping Fees:

  • Orders above 1,000 د.إ — Free delivery.

  • Orders below 1,000 د.إ — A standard delivery fee will apply at checkout.

  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.

• Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• Customs & Duties:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country upon arrival.

• Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please report it within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will coordinate with the courier to replace or refund your order where applicable.

• Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item).
